Eleven Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Nursing Attendant to provide home-based patient care. The attendant will support patients with daily living activities, basic nursing tasks, and ensure comfort, safety, and hygiene under the guidance of registered nurses or physicians.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Assistance

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Support mobility: help with walking, transferring from bed to chair, repositioning, and exercises as advised.
• Maintain patient comfort, cleanliness, and dignity at all times.

2. Basic Nursing Support

• Monitor vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration, BP (if trained).
• Assist in medication reminders (or administration only if permitted by local regulations).
• Provide support in wound dressing, catheter care, and other basic procedures under supervision.

3. Home Care & Hygiene

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
• Assist in light housekeeping tasks related to patient care (changing bedsheets, sanitizing equipment, etc.).
• Ensure infection-control practices are followed.

4. Emotional & Social Support

• Offer companionship and engage the patient in light conversation and activities.
• Provide emotional reassurance and help reduce patient anxiety.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Report any changes in patient’s condition to the nursing supervisor or family.
• Maintain records of daily care activities and vitals (if required).
• Follow all company policies and care protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th grade education (preferred).
• Certified Nursing Attendant (CNA) / GDA / Nursing Assistant course preferred.
• Prior experience in home care or hospital settings is an advantage.
• Ability to handle elderly, disabled, bed-ridden, or post-operative patients.
